Ambiakshi Tools (tools.ambiakshi.com) provides autonomous utilities, financial calculators, tax estimators, and developer tools. Algorithmic estimates and computational models can make mistakes. All outputs are provided solely for informational, diagnostic, and evaluation purposes. You must independently verify critical tax, financial, legal, or architectural calculations with a licensed professional before making business-critical commitments.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Corporate Entity
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Ambiakshi Technology LLC (“Ambiakshi”, “Company”, “we”, “us”), a Florida limited liability company based in Wesley Chapel, Florida, USA.
By accessing or using tools.ambiakshi.com (or any affiliated services under the AMBIUTILS ecosystem and parent domain ambiakshi.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.
2. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights
Strict Proprietary Ownership by Ambiakshi Engineering Team:
- Proprietary Technology & Algorithms: All software, calculation engines (including Indian CTC & Tax breakups, Section 87A rebate boundary solvers, HRA exemption logic, Gratuity calculators, LLM Token pricing metrics, RAG chunking visualizers, and online code evaluation sandbox engines), source code, designs, layouts, visual components, prompt templates, and trade secrets are the exclusive intellectual property of Ambiakshi Technology LLC.
- Copyright & Trademark Protection: The compilation of tools, brand identity, trademarks, logos, and visual presentation are protected under United States and International Copyright, Trademark, and Intellectual Property Treaties.
- Limited Revocable License: Ambiakshi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tools strictly for personal calculation, benchmarking, and internal evaluation purposes.
3. Prohibited Conduct & Anti-Reverse Engineering
To safeguard our proprietary intellectual property and maintain platform integrity, you agree NOT to:
- Reverse Engineer or Decompile: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, unpack, or attempt to derive the source code, proprietary algorithms, anti-cheat detection methods, or underlying formulas of any Ambiakshi tool.
- Scraping & Data Harvesting: Use automated bots, spiders, headless scrapers, or AI data harvesters to crawl, copy, mirror, or repackage our tools, database catalogs, or problem benchmarks for competing commercial services.
- Unauthorized Commercial Distribution: Sell, rent, lease, sub-license, white-label, or redistribute any Ambiakshi tool without explicit prior written authorization from Ambiakshi Technology LLC.
- System Exploitation & Abuse: Probe backend sandbox APIs (
/api/judge/*), attempt sandbox breakouts, overload infrastructure, or submit malicious payloads.
4. User Inputs & Code Sandbox Evaluations
You retain full ownership of any code snippets, text prompts, or financial numbers you input into our tools. However, by executing code or evaluations through our developer judge sandbox, you grant Ambiakshi the right to execute the code locally or server-side strictly for runtime evaluation, anti-cheat telemetry hashing, and performance benchmarking.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Provided “AS IS”:
All tools, calculators, schemas, and outputs on this platform are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or absolute mathematical correctness.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Ambiakshi Technology LLC, its directors, developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, tax penalties, miscalculations, or business interruption) arising from your use of this platform.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of Ambiakshi Tools shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any legal proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pasco County or the Middle District of Florida.
